Because all furniture from Cozyulightan is custom-made to your specifications, returns are generally not accepted once production has begun. We work closely with clients throughout the design and approval process to ensure satisfaction before construction begins.
Before any work begins, you will receive detailed design drawings, material samples, and specifications for your approval. This process ensures that the final piece matches your expectations. Once you approve the design and materials, production proceeds according to those specifications.
If you receive custom furniture that has manufacturing defects or does not meet the agreed specifications, we will work with you to resolve the issue. This may include:

If you wish to make changes after production has begun, we will evaluate the feasibility and provide a quote for any additional costs. Change orders may affect project timeline and pricing.
You may cancel your order before production begins and receive a full refund of any deposits paid, minus any design fees or material costs already incurred. Once production has started, cancellation may result in forfeiture of deposits, depending on the stage of completion.

We provide professional delivery and installation services. If furniture does not fit as expected due to measurement errors on our part, we will work to resolve the issue. If measurements were provided by the client and are incorrect, additional charges may apply for modifications.
All custom furniture comes with a warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, accidents, or modifications made after delivery are not covered under warranty.
